To use the app, it is necessary for the company you work for to be a client of Ahgora.

The My Ahgora app was designed and developed specifically for employees. It brings together personal and company information in one place.

With My Ahgora, employees have quick access to their time clock punches and time bank, as well as the ability to easily request adjustments to their time records and absences.

Through the app, it is also easy to access other Ahgora products, such as Ahgora Multi, an app for facial recognition-based time clock registration.

If your company is already an Ahgora client, follow the steps below to start using My Ahgora:

1. Download the app
2. Enter the company code (check with your HR department) and access the app using your employee number and password, or via SSO.

To use the app, you need to grant the following permissions for specific features:
- Camera and media permissions: For attachments in certain features, such as requesting absences.
- Biometrics permission: For using biometrics to log into the app.
